Headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, The Home Depot Canada is the nation's largest home improvement retailer, operating 182 stores across all 10 provinces and employing over 30,000 associates. The company emphasizes an interconnected shopping experience, combining in-store and online platforms to meet diverse customer needs.
My Role
As a UX writer I shape a cohesive customer experience on the desktop, mobile, and app platforms by developing clear, user-centric content and overseeing digital development that aligns with The Home Depot Canada's commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction.
Two notable projects that I worked on were Custom Blind Orders (CMO) and Biometric Sign In. CMO enables users to customize and order window blinds online using our configurator tool, and sign in with biometrics allows a smooth and more secure sign-in on the app.
